2. Prices

All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) including VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Payment

Scent X ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, and MobilePay. The amount for the goods is charged upon order confirmation, as the goods are then packed and shipped.

4. Delivery

All confirmed orders placed before 3:00 PM on weekdays will be shipped the same day. Confirmed orders placed after 3:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

We deliver throughout Denmark, and the goods are delivered to the address/package box specified at checkout.

Your goods are shipped with PostNord and will be delivered within 1–3 business days after ordering.

Note: If there is no space at the selected delivery location, your package will be delivered to the nearest delivery location. Information about this will be sent via email to the address provided in the order. If problems arise, you can contact customer service. Contact information is found in the email.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Scent X ApS offers a 14-day free return policy on goods purchased from our webshop. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the package is delivered to your home address or pickup location.

If the withdrawal period expires on a public holiday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Day, the deadline is extended to the following business day.


How do I withdraw?


If you wish to withdraw your purchase, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires. You can notify us by sending an email to info@scentx.dk or using our contact form on the website.

In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal and whether you wish to return all or part of your purchase.

6. Warranty

As a customer, you have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act if the item has a defect. This means that you are entitled to have the item repaired or replaced. If repair is not possible within a reasonable time, you may instead receive a price reduction or a refund.

How do I make a complaint?

If you wish to complain about a defect, you must notify our customer service within a reasonable time by sending an email to info@scentx.dk. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be considered timely.

Please send us a photo of the product along with a description of the defect.
If your complaint is approved, we will send you a return label so you can return the product at no cost to you.

7. Returns

Once you have notified us that you wish to withdraw your purchase, you must send or deliver the item to:

The return must be made without undue delay and no later than 3 days after you have notified us of your wish to return the item.

You must pay the return shipping costs yourself if you are withdrawing your purchase.
If the item is returned due to a complaint, we will send a return label.

Condition of the item upon return

When returning an item, it must be returned in its original packaging. You are entitled to open the packaging to inspect or test the item, but if the packaging is missing or damaged, this constitutes a depreciation, which may result in a deduction from the refund.

Regarding the item itself, you are only liable for any reduction in value if you have used the product in a way that exceeds what is necessary to determine its nature or characteristics.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged when returned. You bear the risk for the item until we have received it.

8. Refunds

If you withdraw your entire purchase, we will refund the full purchase amount including any delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

- If you only return part of your order, we do not refund delivery costs.

- If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, the additional cost will not be refunded.

We will refund the purchase amount without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Refunds are always free of charge.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned.

9. Complaints

If you wish to complain about a purchase from our webshop, you must first send an email to our customer service: info@scentx.dk

If we are unable to resolve the issue together, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution. If no agreement is reached there, you may proceed to the Consumer Complaints Board.
